Jasmine Edwards, Esq.

Jasmine Edwards is a dedicated family law attorney and estate planning lawyer serving clients in the cities of Stafford, Sugar Land, Houston, and the counties of Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria and Montgomery Counties. With a strong foundation in legal research, client advocacy, and dispute resolution, Jasmine is committed to helping families navigate sensitive legal matters with compassion and professionalism.  

 

Jasmine earned her Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, TX, where she served as an Associate Editor for the Thurgood Marshall Journal on Gender, Race, and Justice. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice & Criminology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she demonstrated leadership as President of the Criminal Justice & Criminology Club.  

 

Her experience includes drafting complex wills, affidavits of heirship, and resolving family disputes with empathy and precision. As an expertly trained mediator, Jasmine brings a collaborative approach to resolving conflicts, ensuring her clients’ needs are met with care and expertise.  

 

Jasmine is admitted to the State Bars of Texas and Illinois and is an active member of the Houston Bar Association. She also co-chairs the Advocacy and Civic Engagement Committee for the Houston Area Urban League Young Professionals, reflecting her commitment to community advocacy and justice.
